All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
